It is used to directly connect two active devices, such as a router or switch, so that data can be transferred between them. This unshielded patchcord from Extralink is highly flexible, which translates into installation convenience and comfort of use.
Unshielded category 5e UTP patchcord from Extralink is terminated with shielded, gold plated RJ45 plugs. It is built of a four-wire cable, twisted pair type, made of pure copper, thanks to which it is possible to power network devices in the PoE standard.
