Strength and flexibility
Polypropylene (PP) is one of the most commonly used polymers in industry. Its high flexibility, durability, low weight and resistance to chemicals make it easy to use in a wide range of applications, from the medical and automotive industries to packaging. Fiberlogy has used all the good properties of the material to produce a material suitable for 3D printing.
Its impressive tensile strength makes it ideal for the production of items that require durability while maintaining flexibility in PVZ: closed containers, handles, etc. It has been successfully used both in advanced engineering projects and in the home.
The polymer is easily recyclable, so the prints can be recycled with other waste, which perfectly reflects the spirit of the "zerowaste" idea.
Adaptation to 3D printing:
- Everyday items: boxes with lids, handles, hangers, hangers, fasteners, watch straps
- Toys: figurines, machines and parts, drones
- Kitchen utensils: food boxes, crockery
- Medical: test tubes, laboratory utensils
Features:
- Non-toxic and odourless
- Highly resistant to chemicals
- resistant to mechanical damage
- very good adhesion of the layers
- suitable for food contact
