With the meter, you can monitor the consumption of any circuit, appliance or equipment throughout your home to optimize energy consumption. The product will also be useful if you have solar panels or wind turbines, for monitoring the amount of energy produced.
Optimize energy consumption
With Shelly 3EM, you can check the quality of your electric grid in terms of active power, reactive power, voltage and power factor. Monitor your facility or home to avoid additional expenses or drastic energy drops that can damage equipment and machinery. In addition, the Shelly 3EM calculates bi-directional consumption: energy produced and consumed for each of the three phases. The device can be configured to measure three separate points in a single-phase electrical system.
Easy to use
Using the Shelly 3EM will not cause you any problems. The meter is compatible with Android and iOS, as well as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant voice assistants. So you can control devices remotely. It also supports systems using MQTT, CoAP and REST APIs. In addition, it is compatible with all Shelly products.
Thoughtful design
You don't need any additional hubs to connect the meter properly. What's more, the product supports a wide voltage range (110-230V). It also has protection against excessive power consumption, so you can use it safely and without worry.
