Rebel Tools RB-838.2 Universal Meter. Rebel Tools devices support DIY home repairs. This series includes measuring devices, such as universal and clamp meters, measuring various physical values, including AC and DC voltage and current, allowing for detecting electrical faults. Depending on the model, Rebel Tools multimeters measure temperature, check circuit continuity, and test diodes and hFE transistors. Voltage indicators measure AC/DC voltage. A 3-in-1 detector detects metal, voltage, and wood, safely locating wall studs. A telephone line tester detects shorts, breaks, and reversed wires. A cable tester tests telephone and network cables, checks continuity, and locates wires. A laser distance meter has an 18-meter range, a level, and measures area and volume.
