PLA HS is a carefully refined 3D printing material that allows printing speeds of over 500mm/s (Creality K1, BambuLabs..) It is the ideal choice for 3D printing professionals looking for efficiency and precision. PLA HS allows for fast printing without compromising the quality of finished models.

PLA High Speed filament is available in a wide range of colors.

Additionally, it is characterized by increased flow as well as UV stabilization, increased impact strength and  better biodegradability (compared to standard PLA filament). Prints made from PLA High Speed feature excellent layer adhesion and very good detail reproduction. The filament is made from a PLA-based biodegradable biopolymer.

Recommended printing parameters:

extrusion temperature:

  • standard speed: 180-210°C
  • high speed: 220-240°C
  • bed temperature: 40-60°C
  • fan: 50-100%
  • Density 1,23-1,24 g/cm3
  • Tensile elongation 4,5%
  • Tensile strength (to break) 54 MPa
  • Thermal deformation temperature 55°C

The filament can be printed on unheated tables. In case of problems with adhesion, we recommend the use of an adhesive.

The provided printing parameters serve only as guidelines and should be adjusted to the specifications of your 3D printer and the environmental conditions. We recommend conducting your own tests to calibrate the optimal settings for the specific model and material.
