UBIQUITI LTU-LR - Ubiquiti LTU continues the existing series.

The look of the model may seem familiar to many users of Ubiquiti products. LTU LR has a similar design to another product that was released a long time ago - namely LiteBeam. The defining feature of this design is a folding reflective antenna.

Designed as a CPE client

The access point is designed to connect as a CPE client to base stations based on Rocket LTU . The antenna gain is 26 dbi, and the power of the radio module is 22 dbm, similar to other models in this series. The maximum range of the connection according to tests carried out by Ubiquiti reaches 30 km. Of course it should be noted that this value is approximate and depends on how obstructed the Fresnel zone is,whether there is interference in the air, as well as the parameters of external antennas used in the connection.

All this is powered by a passive 24V PoE

Ubiquiti LTU LR connects to the network via a Gigabit Ethernet port, which is also normally responsible for powering the access point via passive PoE 24V (pairs 4, 5+; 7, 8-). The housing of the model is sealed and made of durable plastic, resistant to UV radiation and extreme temperatures, which allows the device to be used outdoors at temperatures from - 40 to + 60 degrees.
