To operate, the remote must first be programmed. Programming requires a programmer, software, and a PC. The programmer is not included.
NOTE!!!! This applies to universal remotes PIL1023 and PIL1024.
Download the new software (v7) for newly purchased remotes. Remotes sold since the beginning of 2015 (production date under the battery cover) are incompatible with software (v4). Remotes purchased before 2015 are incompatible with the new software (v7). Since new remotes look the same as old ones, please pay special attention to this.
Programmers work with both old (v4) and new software (v7). Download new software v7: www.clurc.net (Software tab)
